At HT Animal Supply, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your needs, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
